METAdrasi aimed to have an integrated experience management platform that could help in improving the performance and development of employees. One of the key goals was to improve communication among employees and build a transparent working environment.
Apart from implementing an internal feedback system, they also wanted to measure the effectiveness of their program and tailor their services according to the changing requirements of refugees and migrants.

Challenges

METAdrasi tried out several leading platforms in the market to streamline their internal and external operations. However, finding a versatile experience management platform with all the key features METAdrasi needed was challenging.

The limited options for question types and lack of the different kinds of surveys in one place made it difficult to create surveys quickly and gather comprehensive feedback.
